Built for the rush, not the spreadsheet.

How it works

From the first coffee to closing up.

  1. Flat white, banana bread.

Tap the menu. Size, milk and extra shots are options with their own price.

  2. Eat in or take away? Sorted.

The menu price never changes. The GST inside it follows the rules for food.

  3. Card, cash or their tab.

Print a receipt, save a PDF, or text and email it. Your ABN and the GST on every one.

  4. Close up. The day adds itself up.

Takings, orders and the GST in today’s sales, ready for your BAS.

Your counter. Minus the paperwork.

Scroll and watch the counter draw itself, then the bits Yamate Go takes off your plate.

You opened a cafe to make good coffee, not to work out the GST on a banana bread.

Best software I’ve used for my painting business I’ve used Xero and Tradify, and nothing comes close to this. It makes quoting, invoicing and follow up emails so much easier and keeps everything together in one place. Saves me heaps of time on admin so I can focus on getting jobs done. Highly recommend it to anyone running a trade business!

Why I built Yamate

Built by Tessa in the Tweed Valley.

I’ve spent years helping businesses set up and run their admin and bookkeeping. That’s why I built Yamate: to make that side of running a business simpler, more intuitive, and keep it all in one place.

Fair questions.

Ask us anything else: hello@yamate.au

01Can I use it on a computer?

Yes. Yamate Go runs in your browser, on a computer or a phone. On iPhone and Android you can add it to the home screen so it opens like an app.

02Can I print or send receipts?

Yes. Print, PDF, text or email, each with your business, ABN and the GST.

03What happens if I lose or break my phone?

By default your books stay on your device. If you have turned on secure backup, sign in on another device and your synced data is back. Something that only ever lived on a lost phone and was never backed up can’t be recovered.

04Can I bring my data across?

Yes. Export your customers, invoices and more from Xero or MYOB and bring them in from Settings. Connect Xero as well and invoices, payments and customers push across. There’s no MYOB connection.

05Does it replace my bookkeeper?

It does the day-to-day: invoices, payments, expenses and GST recorded as you work. Your accountant or bookkeeper still lodges your BAS and tax. Yamate Go prepares, it doesn't lodge.

06Does it work without reception?

The core of it lives on your device, so it keeps working with no signal. Texts, AI, live lookups and cloud sync need a connection and catch up when you are back in range.

Ya mate.
