Everything you need to run a job. Nothing you don't.

All the gear a one-person band actually needs — without the bloat, the per-text charges or the setup weekend.

Quote on the spot

Build a tidy, branded quote with line items from your saved price list while you're still in the driveway — type it or speak it. Win it and it rolls onto your schedule.

AI Offsider

Say or type what the customer needs — "supply and fit two double power points, hour's labour" — and the AI drafts a priced quote in seconds. You check it, you send it. Customer requests from your booking link arrive with the quote already drafted.

See who owes you

One screen shows who owes you money, what's overdue, which quotes to follow up and what's done but not invoiced. No more guessing where your cash is.

Chase payments in a tap

Send a friendly reminder text with your PayID or bank details right in the message — one tap, or set them to send automatically. Texts are unlimited and included, fair use — no per-text charges. You pick which ones run on their own.

Invoice & get paid

Send professional tax invoices with your PayID or bank details on them, so customers can pay you fast — straight to your account, no card fees in the middle.

Stop missing bookings

A clean calendar of every job. Tap a day to book one in. Set jobs to repeat weekly or monthly for your maintenance regulars. Need to see a job before pricing it? Book a quick look and the app texts the customer the time.

Put your tax aside as you go

When you record a payment, Yamate estimates the GST, income tax and applicable super you may want to set aside, so you can see what's genuinely yours to spend before you spend it. The money stays in your own account. Yamate never holds it, never pays it and never lodges anything. You lodge it yourself, and these are estimates, not tax advice.

Run your crew's pay

Run a pay, calculate PAYG withholding and super from the details you've entered, and produce a payslip. Apprentice, casual, under 18, tax-free threshold or not — it asks the questions that change the answer. Where Yamate can confidently match the selection to published Fair Work data, it can show that published figure beside the rate you've entered. It doesn't decide which award or classification legally applies to someone, and it hides a published figure rather than showing one when the source data looks unreliable. Yamate does not report your payroll to the ATO, and does not claim to.

Licences, insurance and SWMS

Keep your licence and insurance dates in one place and get told before they lapse, not after. Store your certificate of currency and send it to a builder in a tap. Yamate drafts a safe work method statement from the job's own words for you to read, change and sign — it is a drafting aid, not a certificate. Yamate issues nothing and lodges nothing.

Send it to your accounting software

Connect Xero and push your invoices, payments and customers across, matched up so you don't get doubles. Your accountant keeps working the way they already do. Not on Xero? The end-of-year and GST summaries come out as plain CSVs anyone can open.

Bring your old books across

Photograph a stack of your old invoices and receipts and Yamate reads them in — one tick-list, nothing lands unticked. Your history shows up in Money, reports and tax from the date it happened, and the original stays attached to the job. Where a document prints its own GST split, that is what gets stored; where it doesn't, the job says so.

Bad debts and the basis your return counts on

Some accountants count your income when the money lands; some count it when you send the invoice. Yamate asks which, once, and tells you plainly where the two disagree. You can mark an invoice disputed — chasing stops, the invoice stays on file — or write one off as a bad debt, dated the day you decide, because the date is what the ATO asks for. If your return counts money in, Yamate tells you straight that writing it off does nothing for your income tax. It works out no deduction and no adjustment for you, and this is not tax advice.

Your customer gets a page, not a wall of text

Every quote and invoice can go out as a link to a clean page with the job, the price, the GST and how to pay. They can accept the quote or tell you they've paid, and it lands back in the app. Payment reminders and follow-up texts can be set to send automatically; quotes and invoices themselves only go out when you approve them.

GST & tax, sorted

Track expenses, see the profit on every job, and get a tidy GST & end-of-year summary to hand your accountant — exported as a simple CSV.

Customers text back

When a customer replies to your quote, invoice or reminder, it lands right in the app — the whole conversation in one place. Missed calls can get an automatic text-back with your booking link, so the job's captured before they ring the next number.

A booking form built for your trade

Send customers a link to request a job. They describe it in their own words, and the AI asks the right follow-up questions for the job and your trade — one at a time, with photos where they'd help the quote. Requests land with the quote pre-drafted for you.

Simple, honest, and on your side

No bloated software, no surprise fees, no being locked in.

All in one app

Quotes, jobs, invoices, scheduling and reporting together — stop juggling five different tools and a shoebox of receipts.

Flat, fair pricing

One flat price, no surprises — no per-message charges, no nasty add-ons.

Works anywhere

Your books live on your own device, so it works on site with no signal — and your data stays yours. Yamate works locally on the device. Turn on secure backup if you want supported data synced across your devices.
