Free — $0, no time limit. The whole app on your phone for one person, with quote and invoice links. Texts through Yamate, missed-call text-back and the Xero push come with a paid plan.

Extra people beyond what your plan includes are $15 a month each. Prices are in Australian dollars. There's no GST on your subscription.

Who you actually pay for

Everyone on your account counts — you, the office and your crew on the tools. Someone who logs in and is paid through Crew wages counts once. Your accountant’s view-only login is free.

So you and two workers is the $19 plan. A fourth person moves you to the Company plan: $59 for up to 8 people, then $15 each.

What you get for it

Every paid plan gets all of it. There is no feature ladder between them — quotes, jobs, invoices, customer texts, Xero push, and GST and end-of-year summaries for your accountant. The difference between the plans is how many people are on the account, not what the software does. Every feature, in one list →

The 30-day trial

Thirty days, free, and we do not ask for a card to start it. When the trial ends you keep Free: the whole app on your phone, with texts sent from your own phone. You are not billed for forgetting to cancel.

Why it is a flat price and not a cut of your work

Some tools take a percentage of what you invoice, or charge you per lead. Yamate does not. You pay the same amount in a quiet month as in a flat-out one, and what you earn is yours. It also means we have no reason to push more work at you than you want.

Questions people ask

Is there a lock-in contract? No. It is month to month and you can stop any time.

What happens to my data if I leave? You can export it. It is your work.

Does the Founder price really stay $19? Yes, while you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later you pay whatever the price is then.

Can the price change on me? If we ever raise the price you pay, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel.

Do I pay for my customers? No. You pay for people on your account — you and anyone you add. Customers are free and unlimited.
