1 · Get your credits back
The shutdown notice never mentions credits, so there is no published refund process. If you had a balance left on 30 June:
- Email support, don't ring. You want a record you keep, not a note they keep.
- Put the numbers in it. Business name, account email, credits left, what you paid.
- Pull the receipts first. Card statements and old Oneflare invoices still show it.
- No answer? Report it. Your state fair trading office and the ACCC both take these.
2 · Save your reviews
There's no export button — the site is gone. What still works:
- Check the archive. Paste your old profile URL into web.archive.org. Snapshots of oneflare.com.au exist from before the shutdown. Whether your page was captured varies, so check — thirty seconds.
- Screenshot it today if it's there. Don't bookmark it. That's the mistake this whole page is about.
- Ask five old customers for a Google review. Slower, and it lands somewhere nobody can retire.
3 · Work out where the next job comes from
There's no like-for-like replacement. The honest shape of what's left, as at September 2026:

Marketplaces aren't evil and plenty of tradies do fine on them. But if every enquiry arrives through one company's app, you don't have a customer list — you have a tenancy, and Oneflare just showed you who holds the lease.
Do these three this month
- Google Business Profile, and five review requests. Best hour you'll spend, costs nothing.
- A way to enquire, on a page you own. Even a Facebook page. On a website, a get-a-quote button means the job lands with you, not with three competitors.
- Write down your past customers. Names, numbers, what you did. Inside Oneflare they're gone. In your phone they're a business.
Where we fit
We run a free directory of Australian trade businesses, and we make the quoting and invoicing software behind it. It works the other way round to Oneflare:
- The customer describes the job. We work out the trade. They answer a few questions about it, and the request goes to businesses near them that actually do that work.
- We do the contacting. The customer doesn't ring twelve numbers, and you get a job description with the details already in it.
- No lead fees, no credits, no bidding. The request comes to you and it costs you nothing. There's no price list because we don't sell leads.
- You're likely already listed, free, right across Australia. Nothing to sign up for. Have a look.

Has Oneflare shut down?
Yes. Airtasker retired Oneflare on 30 June 2026, to focus on Airtasker alone. Accounts, job history and chat history worked as normal until 30 June, and oneflare.com.au and the app now redirect to Airtasker.
What happens to my unused Oneflare credits?
Airtasker's shutdown notice does not mention credits or refunds at all — it is written for customers. So there is no published process for a balance left after 30 June 2026. Email Airtasker support, state the amount and the date, and keep the reply.
Can I get my Oneflare reviews back?
Not from Oneflare. Try an archived copy: paste your old profile URL into the Wayback Machine at web.archive.org. Whether your page was captured varies, so check rather than assume. If it is there, screenshot it today.
What is the best Oneflare alternative for tradies?
