Delete your Yamate account
Two ways to do it. Both are permanent.
From the app
Open Settings, tap Your data, then Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm. Your login, jobs, customers and photos go, on every device. Your plan stops that day.
Never signed in? Your books live only on your phone. Clear everything removes them.
By email

We remove your cloud data within 30 days.
What we keep
Payment and tax records the law says we must keep.
Nothing else. Your jobs and customers are gone.
Export first if you want a copy — Settings → Your data. Once it's deleted we can't get it back for you.
