    What should a tile regrouting quote cover?

    Specify the rooms and area, how old grout will be removed without damaging tiles, the replacement material, movement joints and cleaning. If grout is cracking and falling out, ask the tiler to assess loose tiles or substrate movement before simply filling the joints.

    Why does my grout keep cracking and falling out?

    Movement, loose tiles or other conditions may be involved. A tiler needs to inspect the joints and substrate before selecting a repair.

    Is tile regrouting the same as shower regrouting?

    Can old grout be filled over?
