    What does shower resealing cover?

    A written quote should identify which old flexible seals will be removed, how the surface will be cleaned and dried, the proposed product and the time before shower use. Ask whether screen removal, loose tiles, cracked grout or other work is excluded.

    Resealing is work on visible joints. It is not a substitute for diagnosing pipes, drainage or failed waterproofing behind the finish. Persistent water at the perimeter or in another room deserves an investigation before a cosmetic repair.

    Share photos of the screen edge, corners and the water location. Tell the business if the seal has been replaced before, if tiles move or if moisture is visible beyond the shower.
