Office Renovation

An office renovation contractor can quote a fit-out, layout change or refresh, but first establish whether the job affects partitions, services or building approvals. Share your floor plan, tenancy conditions, opening hours and desired handover date. The local renovation listings below are starting points; confirm commercial fit-out experience and compare written scopes for access, staging, finishes and trades.

Compare demolition, protection, waste, partitions, joinery, services, finishes, staging, inspection and defects in writing. Ask for an itemised GST-inclusive total and a disruption plan for occupied premises.

    Good questions. Plain answers.

Can a home renovator do an office renovation?

Some can. Confirm relevant commercial fit-out projects, capacity, access arrangements and required credentials.

    Who approves an office fit-out?

Your lease, building management and local authority may all matter; ask who will identify and manage each approval.
