Straight answers — including exactly what works today and what's still coming. Being honest is the whole point.
Start with a 30-day free trial — everything unlocked, no card needed. Sign up before 30 September 2026 for the Founder plan — $19/month, locked in forever. $29/month after. No lock-in, cancel anytime. Texts are unlimited and included — no per-text charges (subject to a reasonable fair-use policy to prevent abuse; see our Terms). You can also try the demo free, no card, for as long as you like.
Right now: quote jobs (type or speak, with AI drafting the quote from your words — you check and set the final price before sending), send professional invoices, chase payments with reminder texts (one tap or automatic), see who owes you money and what to follow up, schedule one-off or recurring jobs, take a deposit to lock a booking in, and get a GST/EOFY summary (CSV) for your accountant. Customers can reply to your texts right in the app, the booking link you send asks AI-tailored questions for your trade, missed calls can get an automatic text-back with your booking link, and your books back up securely to the cloud and sync across devices. Card payments work today via your own Stripe/Square link (easy setup guide).
No. Yamate works fully offline — your data lives right on your device, so it's there down a hole or out the back of beyond.
By default your books stay on your own device. A few features are opt-in cloud: when you share a quote or invoice link, take a customer request, or turn on account backup, just that data syncs to our secure database (Supabase) so the feature works — locked down so only you (and, for a link, your customer) can read it. Everything else stays on your device. You can back up or export to a file any time, and your data is always yours. (Full detail in our Privacy policy.)
Yep — that's the whole point of the founder pilot. Start the Founder plan or book setup help and I'll personally set up your first few jobs and invoices with you.
Solo tradies and one or two-person crews — electricians, plumbers, carpenters, mechanics, landscapers, cleaners, you name it. If you quote jobs and send invoices, Yamate's for you.
Yamate runs on both iPhone and Android. Open the app in your browser, and it'll offer to add itself to your home screen — one tap on Android, two on iPhone (Share → Add to Home Screen). From then on it opens full-screen like any other app, and works offline on site.
