The three plans
| Plan | Price | People counted | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Founder — join by 30 September | $19/mo | 3 | Sole traders. Locked at $19 while you stay subscribed. |
| Yamate | $29/mo | 3 | Sole traders joining after 30 September. |
| Company | $79/mo | 10 | Crews. A login each, field or office. |
Extra people beyond what your plan includes are $15 a month each. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Who you actually pay for
Your workers get a login free, and there is no cap on how many. What counts toward your plan is the people who can see money or send things — you and whoever is in the office — plus anyone you run wages for.
So two people in the office and eight out working is the $29 plan, not the $79 one. Start running wages for those eight and they count, which is the point at which the Company plan is the cheaper way to do it.
What you get for it
All of it. There is no feature ladder and nothing is held back for a higher tier — quotes, jobs, invoices, customer texts, Xero push, and GST and end-of-year summaries for your accountant. The difference between the plans is how many people are on the account, not what the software does.
The 30-day trial
Thirty days, free, and we do not ask for a card to start it. If you do nothing at the end of it the account simply stops — you are not billed for forgetting to cancel.
Why it is a flat price and not a cut of your work
Some tools take a percentage of what you invoice, or charge you per lead. Yamate does not. You pay the same amount in a quiet month as in a flat-out one, and what you earn is yours. It also means we have no reason to push more work at you than you want.
Questions people ask
Is there a lock-in contract? No. It is month to month and you can stop any time.
What happens to my data if I leave? You can export it. It is your work.
Does the Founder price really stay $19? Yes, while you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later you pay whatever the price is then.
Do I pay for my customers? No. You pay for people on your account — you and anyone you add. Customers are free and unlimited.
Prices in AUD, GST included, correct as at September 2026. Yamate is software you pay for monthly — we never take a share of what you invoice and we do not charge per lead.
